Eat Real Food

  • focus on consuming "whole foods" that are minimally processed
  • a few simple rules: eat food as close to it’s original/natural state as possible, less ingredients is more, non-GMO, local tends to mean more nutrient rich and less processing, organic whenever possible, try to eat foods that don’t require a barcode to purchase
  • this also means eliminating “toxic” or harmful foods - gluten, sugar, fructose corn syrup, foods with antibiotics or hormones added
