100 Meter Run
10 Mountain Climbers
10 Jumping Jacks
10 L-sit ATTEMPTS (hold yourself up, even if you just kick a heel off the ground)
10 Forward Rolls (sub Deck Squat if you need to)

100 Weighted Squats
100 Weighted Lunges
100 Box Jumps (jump on anything)
100 Sit Ups
100 Push Ups
1 Mile Run
