RALABALA Roasted Sweet Potatoes

 Sweet potatoes are full of vitamins and minerals, they are a great source of energy, and a carbohydrate that your body uses! Sweet potatoes aid in recovery and cell reproduction, these are the good potatoes, they are good carbs. They also go with everything... breakfast lunch and dinner wise.
