The EMOM- (Every Minute on the Minute) is like a beep test. You keep going with the three exercises until you can't go anymore, 10 minute time cap.
Make sure you WARM-UP before doing all of this, 5-10 minutes of running, jumping, lunging, and stretching!
To MODIFY this workout, don't make it a double. Just keep the exercises as is and you will still be working your buns off. Get after it yall!
